Nestled in the picturesque valley of Armentarola, 3.5 km away from San Cassiano, the apartments of Les Pizades farm in Alta Badia are a quiet and charming place surrounded by Alpine nature. From here you can set off for some of the best trails in the Dolomites, including the tours to Malga Valparola, the Falzarego Pass, Setsas, Lagazuoi and, of course, to the superb plateau of Fanes (Capanna Alpina, a point of access to the plateau, is just a few minutes’ walk away).
However Les Pizades Farm is able to perfectly combine the immersion into the nature of the Dolomites with the proximity to the main tourist facilities. The trails of the Alta Badia Cross-Country Ski Centre pass right in front of the farm. Armentarola ski lift, the slopes for Alpine skiing of the ski area Alta Badia / Dolomiti Superski, the Ski School Dolomites with an affiliated ski rental point and a ski depot – all of them can be reached on foot in just 15 minutes walking along the picturesque Prè de Costa street. The surroundings feature a variety of places where you can taste the specialities of the Badia Valley, ranging from mountain huts and cosy typical bistros to premium-class restaurants.
